Crypto card fees on Ether.fi Card, and what it offers
Three fields decide what Ether.fi Card costs: the annual fee, the issuance fee and the top-up fee. For this card the dataset holds an annual fee of Free, an issuance fee of Free and a top-up fee of Free. Top-up is the one that recurs, because it is charged each time value is moved onto the card, which is why it costs more over a year than the annual fee usually does. Ether.fi Card publishes an ATM limit of $10,000, which is the most it will hand out in cash.

Where Ether.fi Card is available
The provider lists Global as supported, and excludes Estonia, Finland, India, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Netherlands, South Africa and 13 more. Availability is the first thing to check, because a lower fee does not help if the provider will not issue to you.
What you can spend from Ether.fi Card
The provider supports these assets directly on the card: ETH, USDC, USDT, EETH. Anything not on that list has to be converted before you spend it, and the conversion fee applies.
