Crypto card guide

Free crypto debit cards: no annual fee and no top-up fee

A card is only free if nothing charges you to open it or to put money on it. The cards below are the ones with a zero annual fee and a zero top-up fee. Filtering on the annual fee alone would return 100 of the 108 cards bit.pizza tracks, which tells you nothing, and a card with a 2% top-up fee is not free however small its annual fee looks. What remains on these cards is the foreign exchange fee and the ATM fee, both listed per card.

What a free crypto card still charges you

Free here means two specific fields are zero: the annual fee and the top-up fee. It does not mean the card is free to use. A provider can charge a foreign exchange fee on every conversion, a fee per ATM withdrawal, or a fee for spending in a currency the card does not hold, and none of those is visible in the two columns this page filters on. That is why every card here still links to its own page, where those charges are listed one by one. Treat this page as the shortlist of cards with no standing cost, and the individual pages as the thing that decides whether one is worth opening.

Fee, limit and KYC data was last updated 2026-10-02. Every value comes from the provider dataset bit.pizza maintains, and a dash means the dataset holds no value rather than that the fee is zero.

Which one to start with

Bleap Crypto Card costs nothing to keep. That is the floor on the one cost you pay whether you use the card or not, so it is the sensible starting point. It is not a recommendation: read its own page for the conversion fee, the ATM limit and whether the provider issues to you at all.

Common questions

Is a card with no annual fee really free?

Only if every other fee on the card is also zero. Cards that charge nothing annually commonly charge a top-up fee, a foreign exchange fee, or a per-ATM-withdrawal fee. Those are listed as separate rows on each card page.

What is a top-up fee?

It is the fee for moving value into the card. Loading funds from a bank account, a card or a crypto transfer can all be charged separately, so the top-up percentage does not tell you what cash funding from your own bank will cost. Cards on this page charge none.

Which free card is cheapest to use?

The one whose total cost is lowest for how you actually spend. If you only spend in the currency the card holds, conversion and top-up fees barely apply. If you travel, the foreign exchange fee usually dominates everything else on the card.
