Krak Card is a physical and virtual card on the mastercard network. It has no annual fee. It pays 0-2% cashback on spending. The provider requires identity verification before issuing it. The provider does not list the United States as a supported region, and excludes US, CN, RU.

Three fields decide what Krak Card costs: the annual fee, the issuance fee and the top-up fee. Top-up is the one that recurs, because it is charged each time value is moved onto the card, which is why it costs more over a year than the annual fee usually does.
