Crypto card guide

Crypto cards with no FX fee

A foreign exchange fee is charged every time the card converts one currency into another, which for most people means every purchase made outside the currency the card holds. A network or a bank will normally take 1% to 3% for that conversion, and it applies whatever the card pays in cashback. The cards below publish a rate of zero. Where a provider publishes no FX figure at all, the card is not on this page: an unknown rate is not a free rate.

What a crypto card with no FX fee actually costs you

Zero foreign exchange is only a saving if you spend outside your home currency, and it is worth exactly nothing if you never do. Read it against the two fees that apply either way: the annual fee and the top-up fee, both listed per card above. A card with no FX fee and a 3% top-up fee still costs you on every payment, while a card charging 1% FX and nothing else is cheaper for anyone spending at home. A zero FX fee is worth having, but it does not make one of these cards the right card on its own.

Fee, limit and KYC data was last updated 2026-10-02. Every value comes from the provider dataset bit.pizza maintains, and a dash means the dataset holds no value rather than that the fee is zero.

Which one to start with

Bleap Crypto Card costs nothing to keep. That is the floor on the one cost you pay whether you use the card or not, so it is the sensible starting point. It is not a recommendation: read its own page for the conversion fee, the ATM limit and whether the provider issues to you at all.

Common questions

What is an FX fee on a crypto card?

It is the fee for converting your balance into the currency the merchant wants, charged when the transaction settles in a currency other than the one you funded the card with. It applies to the whole transaction, not to a part of it, and it is usually shown as a percentage of the amount.

Why is my cashback lower than the advertised rate?

Because the advertised rate is what the provider pays and the FX fee is what the network and provider take before it. A card paying 3% cashback with a 1.5% FX fee nets you 1.5% on foreign spending, which is why both figures belong on the same row.

Does a zero FX fee mean the card is free?

No. It means one specific fee is zero. The annual fee, the issuance fee, the top-up fee and the ATM fee are separate charges and each is listed separately on every card page.
